Because they work on the systems. You work on the company. The session is built for the executive seat, not the technical seat. You will understand what is realistic to ask of them, and what they should never have to do.
That is the easiest version of this work. Fewer hops, faster compounding. Many clients in this seat see operational changes inside two weeks of the session.
All three are commonly used. Most CEO sessions cover Claude, ChatGPT, and Microsoft Copilot, plus a few targeted systems for diligence, briefing, and document work. The point is the work that comes out. The systems will change; the judgement applied to them will not.
