AI coaching, built for the CEO seat.

For sitting CEOs and founder-CEOs. A working session on the work only a CEO does. Board prep, leadership team direction, investor updates, and the calendar leverage that comes from running AI at the top.

    AI Coaching for CEOs

CEO leverage, applied to the current quarter.

The CEO seat is a leverage problem before it is anything else. Your time is the scarce resource. The board wants a read. The leadership team wants a direction. The investors want a story. AI changes the shape of every one of those conversations, and the speed at which you can prepare for them.

The session is built around that math. We sit with the board pack, the leadership team agenda, the investor update, the customer note that has to land this week. The systems get applied to the material only a CEO produces. You leave with templates calibrated to the CEO seat.

A 90-minute intake to learn how you spend your week. A 90-minute bespoke training, one on one. Two weeks of follow-up while the practice compounds.

The CEOs who pull ahead this year will be the ones who rebuilt their own week around AI first, before pushing it down through the company.

    Understand the work

    A real working conversation.

Ninety minutes to learn your role, your team, the decisions you own, and where AI keeps showing up at the edges. I do the homework before we meet.

A written record, and a tail.

A written summary of what we built. A small set of custom templates calibrated to your work. The session recording. Two weeks of email follow-up while you put it to use.

    Two weeks
    The Session

One person. One afternoon. Materially different work the next morning.

A single, complete engagement for CEOs and founder-CEOs who have decided to stop circling AI and put real reps in on the work only they do.

    For teams

Your individual session is often the first step. When you're ready to bring it to a leadership team or design custom AI solutions across the organization, we work with companies on extended engagements.

    Before you book.

With you. The reason is leverage. The CEO sets the rhythm. Once your week visibly works differently, the rest of the organization follows in a way that no top-down memo can match. We start with your calendar, your inbox, and your decision queue.

Because they work on the systems. You work on the company. The session is built for the executive seat, not the technical seat. You will understand what is realistic to ask of them, and what they should never have to do.

That is the easiest version of this work. Fewer hops, faster compounding. Many clients in this seat see operational changes inside two weeks of the session.

All three are commonly used. Most CEO sessions cover Claude, ChatGPT, and Microsoft Copilot, plus a few targeted systems for diligence, briefing, and document work. The point is the work that comes out. The systems will change; the judgement applied to them will not.

    Ready when you are

    An afternoon, well spent.
