Deal memos, greenlight material, budgets, licensing agreements.
One-on-one coaching for Los Angeles executives in businesses built on creative and technical work, where AI is both the biggest opportunity and the most contested question. Three hours on your own material, scheduled on Pacific time.
Nowhere is the conversation about AI more charged than in Los Angeles, and nowhere is it more useful to separate the executive's own work from the industry argument. Running a studio division, a production company, an aerospace program or a consumer brand involves the same dense, repetitive executive work as anywhere else: deal memos, budgets, board material, talent and vendor contracts, the weekly pack.
The session runs on your real material and stays on the executive side of the line. A greenlight memo, a marketing plan, a program review, a licensing agreement. We work through it together so you leave knowing where AI is credible for how you run the business, and where the questions are still open.
A 90-minute intake to understand your role and the decisions you own. A 90-minute bespoke training on your own files. Two weeks of follow-up while the practice settles, all on Pacific time, remote, from Century City, Culver City, El Segundo or the lot.
Deal memos, greenlight material, budgets, licensing agreements.
Marketing plans, market research, board updates at speed.
Program reviews, supplier documents, compliance drafting.
Contracts, talent agreements, matter summaries.
A real working conversation.
Ninety minutes to learn your role, your team, the decisions you own, and where AI keeps showing up at the edges. Scheduled on Pacific time. I do the homework before we meet.
90 minutesHands on, one screen open.
Ninety minutes, just the two of us, with the tools applied to your actual files, drafts, and questions. We cover the fundamentals you'll use, in the order you'll use them.
90 minutesA written record, and a tail.
A written summary of what we built. A small set of custom templates calibrated to your work. The session recording. Two weeks of email follow-up while you put it to use.
Two weeksA single, complete engagement for Los Angeles executives who have decided to stop circling the topic and put real reps in.
Your individual session is often the first step. When you're ready to bring it to a leadership team or design custom AI solutions across the organization, we work with companies on extended engagements.
Discuss a team engagement→The session is about your work as an executive, not about replacing creative or technical work. It stays on the operating side: memos, budgets, contracts, reporting, decisions. Where the line sits in your organization is something we discuss in the intake, and the training respects it.
Yes. Sessions are scheduled on Pacific time, with early slots for executives whose mornings start on New York time.
Remote by default, on a shared screen, which is where the work actually happens. In-person sessions can be arranged on request for teams or multi-session engagements, with travel quoted separately.
Courses are one to many, calibrated to no one. This is one to one, built around your role and the decisions in front of you. Most executives need different things from AI than their teams do, and the session reflects that.
An afternoon, well spent.
