    AI Coaching Miami

Built for a city that runs on two continents.

Miami is where the fund moved, where the family office sits, where the Latin American headquarters answers to a board in three time zones. The work crosses languages, currencies and jurisdictions before lunch. That is precisely the kind of work AI is unusually good at, once someone shows you how to make it reliable rather than merely fast.

The session runs on your real material, in the languages your material actually comes in. Investor updates, cross-border term sheets, property underwriting, a market entry plan for Bogotá or São Paulo. We work through it together so you leave knowing where the capability is credible for your role and where it is still noise.

A 90-minute intake to understand your role and the decisions you own. A 90-minute bespoke training on your own documents. Two weeks of follow-up while the practice settles, all on Eastern time, remote, from Brickell, Coral Gables or the road.

The tools handle Spanish, Portuguese and English in the same conversation. Most executives here have not yet seen what that does to a cross-border week.

    The Session

One person. Two sessions. Materially different work the next morning.

A single, complete engagement for Miami executives who have decided to stop circling the topic and put real reps in.

    For teams

Your individual session is often the first step. When you're ready to bring it to a leadership team or design custom AI solutions across the organization, we work with companies on extended engagements.

It helps. The tools work across languages in a single session, and a large share of the value for Miami executives comes from moving between them without a translation step. Coaching is delivered in English or French, and your material can be in whichever language it arrives in.

Yes. The individual session is the usual starting point. Team engagements for distributed leadership groups are available separately, remote-first, across time zones.

Remote by default, on a shared screen, which is where the work actually happens. In-person sessions can be arranged on request for teams or multi-session engagements, with travel quoted separately.

Courses are one to many, calibrated to no one. This is one to one, built around your role and the decisions in front of you. Most executives need different things from AI than their teams do, and the session reflects that.
