    AI Coaching Boston

Built for organizations that run on evidence.

Boston executives tend to be rigorous by training: the Kendall Square biotech CEO reading a clinical readout, the Back Bay portfolio manager rebuilding a thesis, the hospital administrator reconciling three reporting systems. That rigor is exactly what makes AI powerful in the right hands here, and unconvincing in a generic demo.

The session uses your own work. A clinical development plan, a fund memo, a grant, an operating review. We work through it together so you can see, concretely, where the capability is real for your role and where the hype ends. We also cover the questions that matter in regulated and research settings: provenance, sourcing, and what must stay inside your walls.

A 90-minute intake to map your role, priorities and decisions. A 90-minute bespoke training on your own documents. Two weeks of follow-up while the practice compounds, all on Eastern time, remote, from Cambridge, the Seaport or wherever you are.

The executives who get the most from this are the ones who ask the hardest questions of the tool. Boston has plenty of those.

    The Session

One person. Two sessions. Materially different work the next morning.

A single, complete engagement for Boston executives who have decided to stop circling the topic and put real reps in.

    For teams

Your individual session is often the first step. When you're ready to bring it to a leadership team or design custom AI solutions across the organization, we work with companies on extended engagements.

    03  /  Questions

    Before you book.

The session is about how you work with the tools, not about your science. Where AI helps a biotech or healthcare executive is in the layer around the science: synthesis, drafting, comparison, reporting, and asking better questions of dense material. We stay strictly on the side of what is verifiable, and we cover sourcing and provenance explicitly.

Yes. Sessions run on Eastern time and are scheduled around your commitments, including early mornings and the gaps between clinical or teaching blocks.

Remote by default, on a shared screen, which is where the work actually happens. In-person sessions can be arranged on request for teams or multi-session engagements, with travel quoted separately.

Courses are one to many, calibrated to no one. This is one to one, built around your role and the decisions in front of you. Most executives need different things from AI than their teams do, and the session reflects that.
