Your own documents
The training opens on your own files, drafts and questions. Nothing is generic, so nothing has to be translated to your situation afterward.
Two 90-minute sessions for one executive. We work on one or two situations from your real week, and what you take away are transferable skills you apply to everything else.
Most AI training teaches a tool to a room. Everyone leaves with the same slides and the same examples, and within a week the examples have nothing to do with the work on anyone's desk. The executives who end up fluent learned on their own material, with someone next to them who could tell them where the capability was real and where it was not.
That is how this training is built. We pick one or two situations from your real week: the board memo, the contract pipeline, the forecast you rewrite every month, the investor update. Those are the vehicle. What you take away are transferable skills: how to frame a problem for a model, what to hand it, where its limits are, how to judge the work it gives you back. Once learned, they serve you well beyond the cases we worked on together.
A 90-minute intake to understand your role and the decisions you own. A 90-minute training on your own files, one on one. Two weeks of follow-up while the method settles in. Remote by default, scheduled in your time zone. In person in Montréal, and elsewhere in Canada or the United States on request.

Features change every quarter. The method for working with a model, and for judging what it returns, does not. That is what the training leaves you with.
A summary of what we built, templates calibrated to your work, the recording, and two weeks of follow-up by email while you put it to use.
A real working conversation.
Ninety minutes to learn your role, your team, the decisions you own, and where AI keeps showing up at the edges. I do the homework before we meet.
90 minutesHands on, one screen open.
Ninety minutes, just the two of us, with the tools applied to your actual files, drafts, and questions. We cover the fundamentals you'll use, in the order you'll use them. The skills are transferable: what we build on your material applies well beyond it.
90 minutesA written record, and a tail.
A written summary of what we built. A small set of custom templates calibrated to your work. The session recording. Two weeks of email follow-up while you put it to use.
Two weeksA single, complete engagement for executives who have decided to stop circling the topic and put real reps in.
Your individual training is often the first step. When you're ready to bring it to a leadership team or design custom AI solutions across the organization, we work with companies on extended engagements.
Discuss a team engagement→No. A course teaches a tool to a room. This is one executive, your own material on the screen, and a method you keep. We work on one or two situations from your real week, and the skills you take away carry to the rest of your work on their own.
Four things: how to frame a problem for a model, what to hand it, where its limits are, and how to judge the work it gives you back. Once you have those on your own material, you do not need a second session for the next use case. You apply the same method yourself.
Remote, on a shared screen, scheduled in your time zone. In person in Montréal, and elsewhere in Canada or the United States on request. The training is delivered in English or French.
None. The intake is a 90-minute working conversation about your role and priorities. I do the preparation between the two sessions, so the training opens directly on your own documents.
Yes. The individual training is usually the first step. Team programs, workshops and bespoke AI builds are delivered through our sister firm, Exponential Partners.
An afternoon, well spent.
