Energy and oilfield services
Technical reports, supplier contracts, capital project reviews.
One-on-one coaching for Houston executives in energy, healthcare and heavy industry, where the documents are technical and the stakes are physical. Three hours on your own material, scheduled on Central time.
Houston runs on documents most cities never see: reserve reports, engineering specs, safety cases, hospital operating data, contracts that run to hundreds of pages and matter down to a single clause. Executives here are rightly suspicious of anything that sounds fluent but cannot be checked. That suspicion is the correct starting point for this session.
The session runs on your real material. A well plan, a supplier agreement, a capital project review, a clinical operations report. We work through it together, with an explicit focus on verification: where AI can read and reconcile technical material reliably, where it must be checked, and where it should not be trusted at all.
A 90-minute intake to understand your role and the decisions you own. A 90-minute bespoke training on your own files. Two weeks of follow-up while the practice settles, all on Central time, remote, from the Energy Corridor, the Medical Center or the field.
Technical reports, supplier contracts, capital project reviews.
Operating data, policy drafts, reporting across systems.
Specifications, bid analysis, change-order tracking.
Compliance documents, operations reviews, vendor management.
A real working conversation.
Ninety minutes to learn your role, your team, the decisions you own, and where AI keeps showing up at the edges. Scheduled on Central time. I do the homework before we meet.
90 minutesHands on, one screen open.
Ninety minutes, just the two of us, with the tools applied to your actual files, drafts, and questions. We cover the fundamentals you'll use, in the order you'll use them.
90 minutesA written record, and a tail.
A written summary of what we built. A small set of custom templates calibrated to your work. The session recording. Two weeks of email follow-up while you put it to use.
Two weeksA single, complete engagement for Houston executives who have decided to stop circling the topic and put real reps in.
Your individual session is often the first step. When you're ready to bring it to a leadership team or design custom AI solutions across the organization, we work with companies on extended engagements.
Discuss a team engagement→Often, yes, and sometimes no. Modern tools handle long technical documents well for summary, comparison and extraction, and poorly where precision engineering judgment is needed. The session shows you the line on your own documents, so you know what to delegate and what to keep.
It is the context we work in. The intake covers your compliance constraints, and the training is built around tools and practices your organization permits, with verification treated as part of the workflow rather than an afterthought.
Remote by default, on a shared screen, which is where the work actually happens. In-person sessions can be arranged on request for teams or multi-session engagements, with travel quoted separately.
Courses are one to many, calibrated to no one. This is one to one, built around your role and the decisions in front of you. Most executives need different things from AI than their teams do, and the session reflects that.
