Brief and human. By booking a session or engaging Inference Associates, you agree to the following.
The standard session is a 90-minute intake, a 90-minute bespoke training, custom templates, a written summary, the session recording, and two weeks of email follow-up.
Single sessions are CAD $2,300 paid in full at booking, via Stripe. Taxes additional where applicable.
Reschedule any time up to 48 hours before the session at no charge. Inside 48 hours, a one-time reschedule is accommodated. Cancellations more than 7 days out receive a full refund.
Anything you share during an engagement stays between us. We will reference an engagement only after explicit written consent, and only in the form you approve.
Material you bring remains yours. Templates, frameworks, and methods we use are ours. The work product we produce together, including custom templates calibrated to your role, is yours to keep and use.
Inference Associates provides coaching and advisory services. The engagement is educational in nature. Decisions you make as a result of the engagement are yours. The work is delivered in good faith, with care, and with reasonable professional skill.
Governed by the laws of the Province of Québec. If we ever can't resolve something between us by email or phone, the courts of Montréal have jurisdiction.
