    AI Coaching New York

Built for the pace of a New York desk.

New York does not reward people who are still figuring out the tool in front of a client. The bar here is fluency: an investment memo pressure-tested before the Monday meeting, a term sheet compared clause by clause in minutes, a board deck that reads like it took a week and took an afternoon. The executives who have that fluency are quietly pulling ahead of the ones who delegate it.

The session runs on your real material. A deal book, a brief, a fund letter, a pitch. We open it together and work, so by the end you know exactly where AI is credible for your job and where it still is not. Confidentiality is absolute, and we cover how to handle material that cannot leave your firm.

A 90-minute intake to understand your role and the decisions you own. A 90-minute bespoke training on your own files. Two weeks of follow-up while the habit takes hold, all scheduled on Eastern time, remote, from wherever you are.

In this city the question is never whether AI matters. It is whether you are the one in the room who can actually use it.

One person. Two sessions. Materially different work the next morning.

A single, complete engagement for New York executives who have decided to stop circling the topic and put real reps in.

    For teams

Your individual session is often the first step. When you're ready to bring it to a leadership team or design custom AI solutions across the organization, we work with companies on extended engagements.

    Before you book.

Yes. Handling confidential material is a core part of the session, and it is a large reason executives in finance and law book it. We cover which tools are safe for what, how enterprise agreements change the picture, and how to work with sensitive documents without exposing them. You choose what we open.

Yes. Sessions are scheduled on Eastern time and fit around early markets, court days and client commitments. Early morning and end-of-day slots are common for New York clients.

Remote by default, on a shared screen, which is where the work actually happens. In-person sessions can be arranged on request for teams or multi-session engagements, with travel quoted separately.

Courses are one to many, calibrated to no one. This is one to one, built around your role and the decisions in front of you. Most executives need different things from AI than their teams do, and the session reflects that.
