    AI Coaching San Francisco

Built for the people who fund and build this.

In San Francisco the tools are not the problem. The problem is that proximity breeds a false sense of fluency. Executives here hear about AI in every meeting, sit on boards of companies that build it, and still run their own week the way they did in 2022. The intake conversation with Bay Area clients is often the frankest of any city: they know exactly what they are not doing.

The session runs on your real material. A portfolio review, a board deck, a hiring plan, an operating memo, a fund letter. We work through it together, at the level of a demanding user, so you leave with a working system for the recurring parts of running a company or a fund rather than a list of features you already knew existed.

A 90-minute intake to understand your role and the decisions you own. A 90-minute bespoke training on your own files. Two weeks of follow-up while the practice compounds, all on Pacific time, remote, from SoMa, Sand Hill Road or wherever you work.

Everyone in this city can describe what the models do. Far fewer have rebuilt their own week around them. That is the whole gap.

One person. Two sessions. Materially different work the next morning.

A single, complete engagement for San Francisco executives who have decided to stop circling the topic and put real reps in.

    For teams

Your individual session is often the first step. When you're ready to bring it to a leadership team or design custom AI solutions across the organization, we work with companies on extended engagements.

    Before you book.

Proximity to the technology and fluency in your own work are different things. The session is not about what the models can do in general. It is about rebuilding the recurring work of your role, the board deck, the pipeline review, the memo, so that the tools carry it. Bay Area clients tend to see the gap fastest once the session is on their own material.

Yes. Investors and operators run on different material, deal screening and LP reporting on one side, operating reviews and board decks on the other, and the intake is built around whichever describes you.

Remote by default, on a shared screen, which is where the work actually happens. In-person sessions can be arranged on request for teams or multi-session engagements, with travel quoted separately.

Courses are one to many, calibrated to no one. This is one to one, built around your role and the decisions in front of you. Most executives need different things from AI than their teams do, and the session reflects that.
