Use cases

A team of AI experts, built around each executive.

Each training is built around one executive and their agenda.

In practice, most trainings end with us building and deploying agentic workflows for that executive. Time is the resource they have least of, and recurring processes take a large share of it. So we build a team of AI experts, each one handling a specific task: the monthly report, a policy draft, a payroll check, a tender response.

The executive works with them every day. They run on the executive's own documents and rules, follow the same instructions every time, and get better with each correction. The time they free up goes into the parts of the job that need the executive's judgment.

That is why the use cases on this page focus on agents. A training can just as well center on a strategic decision, an analysis or a board presentation, when that is what the executive's agenda calls for.

    01 · The experts

Built on your work, and you stay in charge.

    i

    Built on how you work

Each expert is an AI agent built in Claude. Its instructions describe the task the way you do it. It works from your documents, with access to what it needs: a folder, an inbox, a schedule.

    ii

    Reliable, run after run

It follows the same instructions every time. It cites its sources, checks its figures against yours, and says when it doesn't know. You review its work and make the call.

    iii

    Better with every correction

When you correct it, the correction goes into its instructions, and the next run starts from there. Over a few months it learns the exceptions specific to your work.

You build each expert with us during the session. You learn how to adjust it, and how to build the next one.

    01

    Founder or CEO

"In the end, every dollar was worth it. What I'm doing with you is truly incredible."
Founder and CEO · Equipment rental company
    The work

Your inbox sets your day. Decisions wait for someone to pull figures out of a spreadsheet. What the company knows sits in your head and in meetings nobody can search.

    The team
    • Email chief of staff. Sorts mail, routes each request to the right colleague with context, and drafts replies in the CEO's voice.
    • Company memory. Every meeting transcribed and searchable.
    • Finance and strategy analyst. Built by describing the CFO the CEO would hire.
    • Company briefing. One description of the business that every employee's experts start from.
    Result

Time on email down 50 to 70%, by the founder's estimate.

Since the training the founder has built new experts alone, including one that drew a supplier list from 6,000 emails.

    02

    CFO and finance lead

"It's really like working with a person, especially someone who's just starting. At first you micromanage a bit more: they don't have the history or the context yet."
Finance lead · B2B software company
    The work

The same monthly report, rebuilt by hand from accounting exports, with figures that go to the executive committee and have to be exact.

    The team
    • Financial analyst. Works from the raw accounting export with the company's own metric definitions, and never invents a number.
    • Controller. Checks every total against the CFO's reference figures and stops to explain any gap above 5%.
    • Spreadsheet assistant. Answers questions inside Excel, during the meeting.
    Result

The executive-committee report comes straight from the raw export.

Every correction the finance lead makes becomes a permanent rule.

    03

    HR director

"I learned a hundred times more with someone who knows the field and really tried to understand my reality."
HR director · Industrial services company
    The work

Policies to write and keep current. Regulations to track. Review dates to remember. Self-assessments nobody returns.

    The team
    • Policy writer. Drafts policies and procedures from the company handbook, in its template.
    • Regulatory watch. A monthly report on changes in labor law and workplace safety.
    • Inbox assistant. Drafts replies in the director's own style and sends only with approval.
    Result

Salary benchmarking from 4 to 12 hours down to 20 minutes, measured.

Next: expense reports handled by an agent, review reminders for each new hire, and spoken self-assessments for field staff.

    04

    Sales and business development

"I can't believe how much more strategic I can be now that tasks that took hours, sometimes days, have collapsed into minutes."
Business development partner · Equipment supplier
    The work

Tenders that ask the same questions every time and still take two days. Quotes written one at a time.

    The team
    • Tender writer. Trained on the company's 23 past submissions. Drafts each new response and flags what a person must supply.
    • Customer request desk. Reads a request, applies that customer's discount, suggests an add-on and flags equipment due for certification.
    • Quote builder. A quote and covering email in about two minutes, from the company's own price list.
    Result

A tender response from up to two days down to a few hours.

On about fifty tenders a year, by the team's estimate.

    05

    Accounting team

"To be sure, I went over it line by line. Everything was right."
Accounting technician · Mid-sized industrial company
    The work

Month-end. A billing file for a major customer. Invoices keyed one by one into customer portals. The inventory reconciliation.

    The team
    • Billing clerk. Prepares the monthly billing file for the largest customer.
    • Portal clerk. Learned a customer's supplier portal by watching it done once, and prepares each invoice for submission.
    • Reconciliation analyst. Produces the month's inventory reconciliation from the raw exports and explains each variance.
    Result

About one day a month back on billing, measured.

Two to three more days a month expected on portal invoicing.

    06

    Office manager

"This is going to change my life."
    Office manager · Advisory firm
    The work

A dozen hats, and two to four days a month checking the payroll provider's payslips.

    The team
    • Payroll checker. Compares every payslip with what was sent to the provider and lists the differences. On its first month it found the same two errors the office manager had found by hand.
    Result

The monthly check now starts from a list of differences.

In the second session the office manager rebuilt the checker on their own computer.

    07

    Consultants and advisory firms

"The effort is so small. I just tell it: go do your job."
    Founder · Strategy advisory firm
    The work

Documents to chase before a client meeting. A report to rewrite after it.

    The team
    • Report writer. After each meeting, pulls the transcript and produces the updated client report in the firm's branding.
    • Case analyst. Checks a client file against the intake form and flags anomalies.
    • Regulatory researcher. Answers from the firm's own rule base, cites the rule and says when it doesn't know.
    Result

The founder's part in each client report is now the review.

    08

    Technical sales and support

"I'm building my agent with all the information I have. All it does is think for me."
Territory manager · Industrial equipment manufacturer
    The work

Support tickets on equipment you didn't sell. Answers buried in manuals. Less time to sell.

    The team
    • Support engineer. Loaded with the manuals, wiring diagrams and design standard. Answers tickets and cites the page.
    • Quote builder. A customer quote and covering email in about two minutes.
    Result

Ticket answers start from a referenced draft.

Each correction the engineer makes becomes part of its instructions.

    09

    Investment research

"That's exactly what I need. I have my own analyst."
Managing partner · Impact investment firm
    The work

Long sustainability reports to read, an indicator grid to fill for each industry, peer scores to compare.

    The team
    • Model builder. Drafts the indicator model for each industry, for an analyst to validate.
    • Extraction analyst. Reads each report, fills every indicator with the figure and its page, and scores the company against its peers.
    • Morning brief. Scans the watchlist on a schedule.
    Result

Every figure in the models traces back to a page.

Analysts set the weights and validate the scores.

    03 · The training

    How a training runs.

    1

    Intake

A conversation about your role and the tasks that take your time, and a few real documents to work from.

    2

    Working sessions

We build your first experts together, on your documents. You learn the method by using it.

    3

    After the session

Session notes with every prompt, and the recording. You keep building with the same method, and we stay available for questions.

    04 · What happens next

From one executive to the whole company.

Most of our training and discovery clients have followed the same path. Once an executive sees what their own experts do, the next question is how the whole organization can benefit: which teams first, what rules everyone follows, which client data can be used, what could become a product.

That is an AI transformation, and it calls for a different kind of engagement. We run it with our partner firm, Exponential Partners.

    An AI transformation engagement covers
    1. iAI roadmapWhich workflows to tackle first, ranked by impact and effort.
    2. iiTeam onboardingEvery team trained on its own work, with internal champions.
    3. iiiGovernance and complianceUsage rules, data protection, client contracts, security review.
    4. ivProduct developmentWhen a workflow becomes software your teams or clients use.
