    AI Coaching Austin

Built for leaders whose teams already use the tools.

The Austin problem is a specific one. Your engineers use AI all day. Your marketing team has a dozen tools. The board asks what the AI strategy is, and you have a good answer for the product and a vague one for yourself. The gap between how your company uses AI and how you personally use it is the gap this session closes.

The session runs on your real material. A board update, a hiring plan, a pricing decision, a fundraising narrative, the operating review you rewrite every quarter. We work through it together so you leave running the company with the same fluency your team brings to the product.

A 90-minute intake to understand your role and the decisions you own. A 90-minute bespoke training on your own files. Two weeks of follow-up while the practice compounds, all on Central time, remote, from downtown, the Domain or wherever you are building.

Founders here tend to know the tools better than their peers elsewhere and use them worse for their own job. That is fixable in an afternoon.

    The Session

One person. Two sessions. Materially different work the next morning.

A single, complete engagement for Austin executives who have decided to stop circling the topic and put real reps in.

    For teams

Your individual session is often the first step. When you're ready to bring it to a leadership team or design custom AI solutions across the organization, we work with companies on extended engagements.

    Before you book.

Most experienced users get thin results for exactly the reasons this session addresses: search-engine habits applied to a reasoning tool, no structure around context, and no system for the recurring work of running a company. The session is built around your recurring work, and the difference in output is usually visible within the first hour.

Yes. The individual session is the usual first step. Team engagements for leadership groups are available separately and are remote-first.

Remote by default, on a shared screen, which is where the work actually happens. In-person sessions can be arranged on request for teams or multi-session engagements, with travel quoted separately.

Courses are one to many, calibrated to no one. This is one to one, built around your role and the decisions in front of you. Most executives need different things from AI than their teams do, and the session reflects that.
